By placing an order through our website, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.


Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if:

  • The product received is damaged or defective.
  • You received an incorrect product.
  • The product has a manufacturing defect.
  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  • All original tags, labels, packaging, and accessories are intact.
  • The return request is submitted within 7 days of receiving the order.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, customization, and quality reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Products that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.
  • Products without original tags or packaging.
  • Customized or altered garments.
  • Products purchased during clearance or final sale promotions, unless received damaged or incorrect.
  • Gift cards, if offered.

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide your order number along with clear photographs if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  3. Once your request is reviewed and approved, return instructions will be shared.
  4. Securely pack the product in its original packaging before shipping it back.

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.


Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
  • Refunds are generally processed within 7–10 business days after approval.
  • Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.

Shipping charges, if applicable, are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges in the following situations:

  • Damaged or defective product.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

Order Cancellation

Shipping Charges
