At Vastramayah, we are committed to delivering your favorite ethnic wear safely, efficiently, and on time. Please read our Shipping & Returns Policy carefully to understand how we process, ship, and handle returns for your orders.


Order Processing

  • Orders are processed after successful payment confirmation.
  • Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • During festive seasons, promotional events, or high-demand periods, order processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping Coverage

We currently deliver across India through reliable courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery.

If international shipping becomes available, it will be clearly mentioned on our website.


Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on your location.

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 Business Days
  • Other Cities & Towns: 5–7 Business Days
  • Remote Locations: 7–10 Business Days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by weather conditions, courier delays, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.


Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before payment.

From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions on eligible orders.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive shipment confirmation along with tracking details (where available), allowing you to monitor your package until delivery.


Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will generally attempt delivery more than once if the first attempt is unsuccessful.

If delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or repeated failed attempts, the shipment may be returned to us.

Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch of returned shipments.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout.

Vastramayah cannot be held responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.


Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries

If you receive:

  • A damaged product
  • A defective product
  • An incorrect item

Please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Kindly provide:

  • Order Number
  • Photographs of the product
  • Photographs of the package (if applicable)
  • A brief description of the issue

Our team will review your request and work toward a suitable resolution.


Return Eligibility

Products may be eligible for return if:

  • The product is damaged during transit.
  • An incorrect product has been delivered.
  • A manufacturing defect is identified.
  • The product remains unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  • Original tags, packaging, and accessories are intact.
  • The return request is submitted within 7 days of delivery.

Items Not Eligible for Return

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Used or washed products.
  • Altered or customized garments.
  • Products without original tags or packaging.
  • Clearance or final sale items, unless received damaged or incorrect.
  • Products damaged after delivery due to misuse or improper handling.

Return Process

To request a return:

  1. Contact our customer support team within the eligible return period.
  2. Share your order number along with the required photographs.
  3. Wait for return approval and shipping instructions.
  4. Securely pack the product in its original packaging before sending it back.

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.


Exchange Policy

Eligible products may be exchanged in the following cases:

  • Incorrect product received.
  • Manufacturing defect.
  • Damaged product received.

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

If the requested replacement is unavailable, we may offer a suitable alternative or process a refund in accordance with our Refund Policy.


Refunds

Once your returned product is received and inspected:

  • You will be informed of the inspection outcome.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
  • Refunds are generally completed within 7–10 business days, depending on your payment provider or bank.

Shipping charges, if applicable, are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they are processed or shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted. Eligible orders may still qualify for return under our Return Policy after delivery.
